WARM-UP ROUTINE


The Dynamic Warm-Up

This warm-up routine is a great way to get your body ready for the court. Rather than using static stretching exercises, it incorporates stretching with the movements you'll be making on the court. This warm-up will get your heart rate going and improve your footwork, which is essential for your game. Be sure to do static stretches after your match or practice to cool down and increase the flexibility in your muscles.

1st lap: Jog with your tennis racquet in hand.
2nd lap: Follow the movements on the diagram below and finish with shoulder warm-ups and the Agility Ladder.
